Do not expose Tinyhands to flame

I'm undecided...
Pro: "As desire recedes, the world becomes clear, pale, and empty." --Mason Cooley

Con: "In the end we love our desire and not what it is that we desire." --Friedrich Nietzsche

I've recently switched my kibble to the weight-control formula. The vet assures me that I'll have more energy and a healthy, shiny coat.

Tomorrow I meet with the lawyers about my case!

Desire ends in Satisfaction. (I can't give credit b/c I forget the name of the band, circa 1984, perhaps Front 242)

1L- Perhaps borrowed from "Desire increases when fulfillment is postponed." [Pierre Corneille, 1641]

ikeMay- I'm going after the big oil companies. Someone has got to be blamed for my singlehood and they've got deep pockets.

Joss- I may be limited to pictures near the house for the near future. My camera batteries aren't holding a charge for more than a dozen shots.

I have always thought that it is just a matter of how one chooses to look at things. Do we actually love something, or are we just in love with love and have sought an object to fulfill it?

Hi there... first time aboard the (Not So) Tinyhands thought yacht. I've been reading about the get-together a bunch of you had and decided to check out the blogs of the ones I didn't know. I'm definitely coming back. Beautiful photos and "real stuff" to read. Thanks. And it's nice to make your acquaintance.

Why are you burning the sky?

Kristin- At first I thought you said 'cock'.

Gary- I don't think there's one answer that satisfies every situation. Clearly either is equally possible for a given set of circumstances.

Cootera- Thanks for the kind words. I've definitely 'seen you around' as we have friends in common. The pleasure of acquaintence is all mine.

J- Can’t you see that all my castles are burning? (Ozzy)
