I took a couple dozen close-up shots earlier this week and couldn't decide which one to post. I chose that one for the colors. In the echevaria, I was trying to capture the way water beads on it.

Jethro- Beg pardon?

ikeMay- I'm working on it, I'm working on it. Not all of us have built-in 6-year-old story machines, you know.

I saw some plum blossom buds yesterday, and also the daphne has tiny pink buds. First signs of spring!

I haven't tried closeups though. Maybe I should. These are lovely.

Theic- If you've got a macro-mode on your camera, try that to get good short depth-of-field. It can be done in Photoshop if you must.

Kim- That's why you need a closeup to listen closer.

Boo- And where are you getting all your bum-shots if not with a digital camera? Unless you're torturing the lads down at the photomat.
